These recipes all sound so yummy. I may incorporate them into my upcoming party. Thank you all for posting them.

Re the brie: Do you have to remove all the rind or is it edible? Thanks!

Does anyone have the recipe for the cute little buckeye snowmen? They're pictured in a 2008 party by Donna. Thanks!

Thanks so much for so "unselfishly" sharing all the appetizer recipes. I'm looking forward to trying several of the dishes.

Here are a few of my most popular appetizers - people will gobble them up in NO TIME FLAT! All of these are SUPER QUICK to whip up, but can be made from scratch if you're a purist Spinach & Artichoke Wontons - 1 jar Tostitos Spinach & Artichoke dip (Or the Tastefully Simple dip mix works great too!) - 1 pkg of wonton wrappers (found in the produce section) - shredded mozzarella cheese Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray, and line each cup with a wonton shell. Carefully press it into the cup (especially careful if using a mini-muffin tin). Bake about 5 minutes or until wrappers are lightly golden. Remove from oven, fill with spinach & artichoke dip, and sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven and bake about 5 more minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Serve warm, if possible. *** Pastry Puff Brie Bites (be warned, these are SERIOUSLY addictive! Make extra to compensate for how many you'll snack on while preparing them!) - 1 pkg frozen pastry puff, thawed & cut into small squares - 1 8oz round of Brie, cut into cubes (I remove the rind because I don't like it!) - 1 small jar apricot or seedless raspberry fruit spread Preheat oven to 350° and spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Place one square of thawed pastry puff into each tin, carefully. Bake until lightly golden. Gently press middle of puff down and insert a cube of Brie into each. Add a small amount of fruit spread to each and return to oven, baking just until Brie is slightly melted. ***

I created a new webpage of 20+ appetizers, with recipes and photos. Most of them from my past cookie exchanges, a few from other party hosts that shared and went into my newsletters. There's also 3 great punch recipes. www.cookie-exchange.com/appetizers/index.html
