Me too! I can't seem to find a recipe for them any where! I'm looking for the little scalloped ones, not the random "spinach madeline" that seems to be the only thing out there. If you've got one, I'd love to see it.

Hello:
I posted a while back that I would post my Madeleines recipe, and got so caught up that i forgot. Please forgive me here it is:
Makes 36
1/4 lb (1 stick0 unsalted butter 4 eggs 1/4 teaspoon salt 2/3 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup sifted flower
Preheat oven to 375. Butter and flour Madeleine pans.
Melt butter and let cool. Beat eggs, salt, and sugar together until thick, about 8 minutes. Add vanilla. Fold in flour, rapidly but gently. Fold in butter gently, but make sure it does not settle to bottom. Quickly spon mixture into madeleine pans. Bake until golden, about 10 minutes. Remove from pans, cool on racks.
Madelines may be dusted with confectioners sugar after baking.
