I have a question about freezing wedding cookies. Do they do well in the freezer? I am thinking about making them for a cookie exchange next week. Thanks for your help.

It depends on the type of cookie you want to freeze. I have lots of cookies in my freezer right now waiting for my first cookie exchange which is next Saturday! I think probably most cookies you can successfully freeze. Make sure you wrap them well and put in an airtight container. If you question whether a particular kind you are making can be frozen, let us know what it is and I'm sure we can help you. Good luck!!!! Jean

I am thinking about a cookie called the wedding cookie. Some might call them almond cresents. Basically, it is a butter cookie baked then rolled in powdered sugar. Thanks.
