I found this recipe in the December issue of Taste of Homes Simple and Delicious recipes. They looked interesting so I thought I would try them. They are quick, easy and delicious.
Potato Chip Clusters
9 squares (1 ounce each) white baking chocolate (I used the Vanilla Flavored Almond Bark - I think I may have grabbed the wrong thing but still tasted great.
2 Cups Crushed Potato Chips (I used the wavy because they were a bit thicker chip).
1/2 cup of chopped pecans.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave using a safe dish. Stir in the potato chips and pecans. Drop by the tablespoonfuls into a mini or next size up muffin tin. I used the foil backed and it looks very festive. Refrigerate until set (or if you are impatient like I am stick in the freezer for a few minutes).
With some of them I added red and green M & M's to make it festive. Some I sprinkled a little of the red and green sugar on top.
I am planning to add these to my cookie tins this year.

;D I just wanted to say that these are some of the best "goodies" to include in any holiday baskets. I made some for the baked good tins I give during the Christmas season as well as sharing them with the family. EVERYONE LOVED THEM!!!
I'm doing some for Easter baskets this weekend and I'm thinking of using pecans and Craisins.
Also, I didn't have the squares so I just used white chips :-)
