Resort movie that is actually hell

I remember a movie where a group of people came to this beautiful resort. I think some won the trip. Its beautiful in the beginning and all is perfect. As time goes on you find that each person has done something terribly wrong...murder etc. Then the resort gets not so great...no more gourmet food, no air conditioning etc. Through time they all learn that they are actually in hell. Anyone remember the name of this?
