Please help - I have been unable to find the NDBC rule book so I have a few questions: l) what is the entrance avg. for male/female when an avg. has not been established and when does it become established; 2) what avg. is used for a dummy score male/female and what is the final game score, i.e. 90 for women (85 out); and 3) for an established average player who is unable to bowl with no substitute, what avg. is used for handicap use and final score out? Thanks!
