[glow=red,2,300][/glow] I was wondering how to keep all the flavors and textures of the different types of cookies separated when we put them on the platters or in containers to take home from a CE. I have between 17 to 25 ladies attend so we each get about 3 of each cookie, but they all taste the same after a day or two.

We usually have 20-25 ladies and I ask them to pre-package 4 cookies for each person. That way the flavors don't blend and they stay fresh longer...just in case families don't eat them that night like mine does! I make a booklet with all the recipes ahead of time, so they only have to label the pkgs. with the name of the cookie so people can match them with the recipe. Hope that helps.
