I thought I saw a dress the santa game somewhere. Does anyone know how to play?

I've seen a version on Robin's CE web. I believe it was a relay race and the ladies had to run grab an item put it on. then the next person ran grabbed an item. they had to put on the item from the 1st lady and then the one they chose. So each team's final participant would look different and the items could be completely out of order depending upon what order they chose them.
This year, I am having my guests Dress a Mr. &Mrs. Santa using Christmas wrap and cotton batting. 2 teams.
Last year, while not quite Santa, I divided the girls into 2 teams. One team member had to be dressed in Santa hat and pj's.. thetwist. I bought XXXXL pj's and the girls had to blow up balloons to fill the void in the sizing. It was hilarious as the team with the most blown up ballons stuffed into the pj's won!!
