Has anyone had a cookie party in November to start off the Holidays? Christmas is a busy time.....I thought it might be fun to do before Thanksgiving!

I actually polled the guests I planned to invite and gave them a range of dates - the weekend after Thanksgiving won every one over, so we'll be doing it then. They liked that it would get them inspired for the holidays, and they would have the time to really enjoy things without stressing about getting their holiday things in order.

I hold mine in november. Our town has a Santa Parade on the last weekend in November, so that's the date I pick. Seems to work as December gets so overbooked and can't trust the weather.
