Grinch Theme

Hi Everyone:

I have been doing cookie exchanges for many years now and it seems each year needs to be better and better.

I have decided on a Whoville/Grinch theme but I am stuck..ugh!

Has anyone ever had one and can give me some advice on grinch whoville theme games, etc?

We're doing the Grinch next year (we have ideas lined up for a few years).
I found a stuffed Grinch and I'm going set up my Christmas village on my buffet with the Grinch sitting over it like he's on Mt Crumpett looking over Whoville.
