I was hoping someone here can help identify an old duckpin I was given several years back. It sat on a shelf for the longest time and I never really looked it over till now. It is plastic coated and has a single red neck band painted on. On the belly it has a circle with an "S" in it says N D B C approved. At least that's what it looks like. It's really faded. The bottom almost looks like wood but it's not blackened like I've seen on used pins. It also has a plastic ring at the base as well. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Geoff: I think your best bet would be to e-mail several close-up photos of the pin to American Products Inc. They have been manufacturing duckpin pins since 1951, and are the only American company still doing so. There may be a good chance that they made your pin. Thanks Richard, I was able to get in touch with another collector who said it could possibly be a Saunier Wilhelm. Good to have the link to American Products though.
Thanks again Geoff
