The church had four hand-set duckpin lanes. It was built in 1851 and the lanes probably dated from the early 1900s. The church has been home to a number of different congregations. Among them: the First German United Evangelical Church, the First United Church of Christ and the Saint Sebastian Independent Catholic Church.
