I was on a business trip last week to the D.C. area and checked out two places - AMF College Park and White Oak (used Robinsweb list to find places): www.robinsweb.com/duckpin/duckpin-locations.htmlAMF College Park is now a Tenpin house. White Oak is still up and running. |

AMF College Park Lanes is now a 40 lane tenpin house. Until May 2014 it had 20 duckpin lanes and 20 tenpin lanes. 12 lanes of duckpin equipment were moved and installed at AMF Laurel Lanes. The remaining 8 lanes of duckpin equipment was put in storage. AMF Laurel Lanes now has 20 tenpin lanes and 12 duckpin lanes, with the duckpin lanes beginning to operate in September 2014. There were both duckpin lanes and tenpin lanes at Laurel until 1988. At that time the duckpin lanes were removed by Fair Lanes, who owned the facility before AMF acquired Fair Lanes ih 1995.
