I buy sheets of parchment from Otis Spunkmeyer. There are 500 sheets cut perfectly for cookie sheets and they slide right off the baking sheet. If you see an Otis Spunkmeyer van the drivers will usually sell them to you. The cost is $8.00 per pack of 500. These work great with all sorts of other things too. They also have a website to see if they are available in your area.

I have never heard of Otis Spunkmeyer. Looked them up on the web.. doesn't look like they sell parchment on the web.  |

Isn't Otis the maker of the chocolate chip cookies that you can buy in convenient stores? I think some of the schools in my area also serve their cookies?!?!?!

Otis Spunkmeyer does have a website at Spunkmeyer.com. They do sell the dough for cookies to schools, convenience stores, etc. They don't have a retail store per se, but there are distribution centers all over. I have just walked in cold and have had no problem buying from them. Their trucks are little refrigerated vans that deliver to stores where their cookies are sold. The drivers will sell the parchment sheets if you ask.
