Robin, do you think the Explanation of the Cookie Exchange Rules should be included in guest invitations?

No. At least I wouldn't. If people follow the basic rules then the cookie exchange should yield some good cookies that the majority would be happy to feed to their families.
The explanation for the rules is for all the people who've never given a cookie exchange and want to know WHY my rules are as they are... it's to help them learn how it works and help them avoid the common pitfalls that I had to learn the hard way, (early on) by loosing the interest of some of my best baker friends.
