recipe exchange

I'm planning on having ladies over for a recipe exchange the first weekend of November (11am - 1:30ish). The idea spawned from my friend and I complaining that we didn't have any really good recipes for the holidays.

I've asked that attendees bring one dish of "normal" size either a 1)salad/appetizer/soup 2)appetizer 3)dessert and 20 copies of the recipe.

Looks like you've hosted several cookie exchanges...any words of wisdom for this recipe exchange?

1)soup/salad/appetizer 2) ENTREE 3) dessert

So each lady is going to bring three dishes? Sounds like a lot of fun actually. That could actually be a really helpful party. I went to lunch this week with 15 other ladies and we were all talking recipes, etc.
