The last couple of years I have made Cranberry cider as well as using the Apple. I use Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice and it turns out great with all the mulling spices. Actually it is a bigger hit than the hot apple cider. This year I will just make the hote cranberry cider (along with soda and wine).
