Exchanges in Jacksonville, Florida?

I saw the Food Network show last year, and thought what a great idea! Unfortunately I'm a newly wed, and at the time had just moved to a new city & was living in an apartment. Now we're in a brand new house in a very nice neigborhood. There is no home owners association as of yet (the neighborhood is still under construction), so I don't even know how to get the word out. Any suggestions? Flyers?

I would put together an invitation and stick it on everyone's mailbox. It's a nice way to get to know your neighbors. That's the nice thing about a new subdivision - everyone wants to get to know each other.
