This cookie dough is rolled into a ball and then rolled in powdered sugar before baking. Is a chewy, way good cookie, about 3 1/2 inches in diameter, with a cracked top. At least one of the ingredienats is Cool Whip IN the dough. Anyone know of these? Thanks. Lynn

Found these two in my files for you.
COOL WHIP COOKIES 4 oz Cool Whip 2 Eggs 1 Lemon cake mix Powdered sugar Beat together Cool Whip and eggs with electric mixer. Add lemon cake mix. Continue mixing with mixer (this will be thick!). Drop by teaspoonfuls into bowl of powdered sugar. Use fork to roll around in sugar. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 8 minutes on top rack in oven. This recipe makes about 3 dozen.

I tried these amazing 2 ingredient cookies and was very happy with the results. They're chewy and crunchy at the same time, you don't even have to grease the cookie sheets.
All you need is a box of cake mix and a tub of Cool Whip. In a large bowl, put one package dry chocolate cake mix. (Do not use the kind that has pudding in the mix.) Add one 8-ounce container of Cool Whip and with a rubber spatula, fold the two ingredients together by hand. It takes a little muscle, but just keep working it. The mixture will be thick and sticky.
Coat hands with powdered sugar (so the dough won't stick) and form into 1" balls. Dip balls in powdered sugar and place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet. (They spread out during baking.)
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 12 - 15 minutes or until edges are slightly firm and middle is slightly soft. Allow to cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes before removing to cooling racks. Makes about 36.
P.S. The raw dough is fabulous! You can use any kind of cake mix you'd like (as long as it doesn't have pudding in the mix) and I even folded some mini chocolate chips in the dough.
