MY FIRST EXCHANGE

I had my first exchange yesterday. It went very well, except for to people that just did not get it. I had one girl that wanted to slip her recipes and I cleary stated If you spilt the recipes it will 3 dozen of each. Well she didn't understand that if one batch on cookie didn't make 3 dozen you will have to make another batch. Needless to say one of her batches made 4 dozen the other kind of cookie she was making made 2 dozen!!!!!!!!! Well she didn't understand that it will screw the exchange up...well I had her husband yelling at me calling my party stupid and cookies are cheap who cares if someone will be short I was just beside myself that someone had to suffer because of her stupidty. And even before she decided to make cookies and come to my party she was complaining that making 6 dozen is way too much for people to make.......the only person complaining!!! and she DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!!!! I work and have a child and made my cookies plus extra and cleaned and cooked and got the party ready with decorations etc..... Ok thanks for letting me vent....LOL

Don't worry about anyone who complains. It's just poor manners, they don't have to come, afterall. I think you didi great!

The complainers who say 6 dozen is too many and too much work should politely decline your invitation.

I just wouldn't invite her to any future cookie exchange parties. She sounds like the kind of person who would complain about anything and everything.
