Happy October everyone!! I really need some advice. I want to do a fondue party this year, but I'm concerned about a meat fondue. How excactly does this work? I'm concerned that everyone won't get all of the meat they'd like because of time and space. Please help!

for the last 10 years, my high school friends and I have a fondu party. NO husbands, no kids. We have a blast! What is your concern about the meat fondu? that it won't get cooked? you will want to cut pieces in chunks, then cook in a broth, normally take about 1-2 minutes to cook in the pot.
there are 5 of us.. we use one pot for the cheese fondu, one for meat and one for chocolate. Our meat consist of beef, chicken, pork and seafood.

Thanks, I've been told that I need to fill one of the pots with hot oil. Last year I had 13 people with more expected this year. I have this vision of everyone having to wait while each person is cooking their peice of meat.
