I KNOW that this is a cookie website and I have gotten so much good information from this site, but I need a little help from you girls. At Thanksgiving, my immediate family is having a "reunion" at an out-of-town location (big house rental). It will be the first time that we have all been together at Thanksgiving in many years. Two son's with significant others; one daughter and son-in-law; one elderly mother; and my husband and I. Does anyone have suggestions as to games and activities that we could do indoors and prize ideas. I want this time to be special and would love your suggestions. My children's ages are 33, 32, and 23. The climate will be cold and there's only so much tubing and skiing we can do. Thanks for any and all help.

Sandie - there is nothing like games with a gathering. We love Trivial Pursuit and now they have the 90's addition. Pictionary is great as well. Catch Phrase is a winner all the time.
For big groups you can always play Poker Keeno (it's similar to bingo). We just tell everyone to bring their loose change or a roll of nickels. Play til the last person standing has all the money. Then let them decide what charity to give it too.
Yahtzee is another favorite game for groups. You can have a prize for the first Yahtzee, the most Yahtzees, the least Yahtzees and the person with the overall highest score.

Thank you, Bonnie. These are great ideas. I had thought of games, but didn't know which one's in particular. This gives me a starting place.
