I am hosting my 1st cookie exchange party in two weeks. I put a sign up sheet for ladies on the church bulletin board. I asked for 3 doz. homemade cookies to be brought. I wish I had asked them to sign what type they were bringing, so we don't have duplicates. But we all know each other and will chat about it : )
Also, I have stated no brownies. I will be serving appetizers & brownies that night. I plan on just giving boxes for each guest to take their 3 doz. home without sampling. I have to admit, I know all these ladies, but am a little nervous. I hope it goes well and will be looked forward to in years to come.
