Hi, I hope that someone out there can help me. My husband has been telling me for 18 years about his mother's "snowball cookies" that she made with chocolate, graham cracker crumbs and coconut (no peanut butter). He remembers her making them every year well before Christmas and storing them in the deep-freeze in the basement. Jon fondly remembers sneaking them out with his brothers.
I would really love to make these cookies for my husband and kids. Any recipes would be appreciated!

I have a guest who is making snowballs for my cookie exchange on Sunday (12/11). When she gives me the recipe, I'll post it for you.
