Hi Cookie Bakers/Exchangers and Party Givers! For the first time since 1989, I will not be hosting my annual Cookie Exchange this year. Reason here: www.robinsweb.com/cookies/my_exchanges/2005.htmlIn a word, I've been more HGTV than FoodTV this past year. Just to go over a few cookie related items: A few requests have been made about the Food TV show. If it's on this year, I haven't yet heard. Also, I was interviewed in Sept. for a brief article in this weeks issue of Women's World (Dec. 13th) regarding Cookie Exchanges. (Page 42.) I been receiving many photos from swaps from last year and this year... but due to the holidays I probably won't have time to post them until after Christmas. Lastly, I bought www.cookie-exchange.com and hope to get it up sometime in the near future and move the Cookie exchange photos to a new larger server. That one section is taking up a huge amount of space on robinsweb.com. Just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and hope all of your parties go well.

Robin--I was wondering if you are going to have your cookie exchange this year. Hopefully all of your remodeling is done and you will be able to. I look forward to hearing about your exchange every year(and seeing the photos) and I really missed it last year. I am getting excited already for mine this year--I have the guest list, some party favors and the kinds of cookies I want to make. I've already been trying out new recipes on my hubby and he's pretty happy about that! LOL ;D

Hi Cindy, I am going to do one this year. I haven't started planning yet, though. Two of my three kids are October babies, so October is birthday month in my house. It's always about birthday parties and Halloween. As soon as November hits, then I go into over-drive and plan the Cookie Exchange. Hope yours goes well! Good Luck! Robin
