;D I need to know the best way to freeze and thaw Christmas baking. What types of containers freeze best? Are there certain types of baked goods that don't freeze well? I also need to know if there are any tricks or special thawing out rules for cookies, fudge and candy. I'm going to start baking for Christmas this weekend and with 4 kids and 3 grand-angels around the house, leaving baked goods out is not a good idea! I would like for some goodies to last till Christmas! All tips appreciated.
