decorating idea for exchange, HELP

Hello:

This year I am decorating a small table top tree to put in my kitchen as another decoration for my cookie exchange that will be on 12/16. I am decorating it with small tea kettles, rolling pins and ginerbread men and cookie cutters. I am looking for small decorative bags of flour and sugar and possibly tiny chef's hats. We have a wonderful Christmas Factory by us where I have gotten most of the oraments but the sugar, flour and hats are almost impossible to find. Has anyone seen anything like this?

Last year I saw some small ornaments like these at a dollar store. I think this is a great idea - I think I will keep my eyes open this year when I am out shopping.
