I have about 40 recipes from previous exchanges that I want to make into a recipe book for the participants this year. Any suggestions? Originally, I was going to do a 7x7 scrapbook with one recipe on each page but I'm afraid I will run out of pages before I run out of recipes.
Help!!

I would just print a recipe per page and put each in a plastic protective sheet that fits in a 3 ring binder. You can buy the binders that have the clear plastic over it so you can make a pretty cover to slide in. With the recipes in the binder, the person can remove the recipe if she wants to bake and the plastic sheet will keep it clean. I've made recipe books like this for bridal shower gifts and they have gone over really well.
For each year's cookie exchange with just 10-12 recipes, I print each recipe on an individual sheet of paper and put them in one of those plastic report covers with the hard plastic binding. I also make a pretty cover sheet. Everyone likes these too. I even make one for my Mom out of state.

I do that too with the report cover and it works well. The problem is when someone shows up and says: "I didn't bring the recipe because...
"I forgot." "I didn't know you wanted it." "It's on the package of chocolate chips." "What recipe?"
