I have done 4 exchanges, each year I have a holiday craft for the ladies to do (we made bracelets, decorated votive candle holders, etc). I am looking for a craft idea for this year. Nothing too complicated because some ladies think they are crafty challenged. Please help! :)

Hi -- you and your guests could make a snowman pavers (from Home Depot or Lowes). (1) Go over the paver w/rubbing alcohol to remove dirt/oils, etc. (2) Apply a coat of primer or if no primer used, several coats of white paint (3) Glue buttons on for eyes, make a scarf out of flannel and glue a pom pom on a holiday sock/black sock for a hat and there you go. Or you could just paint the entire thing -- face, eyes buttons, etc. Check out ebay and look for "snowman paver" or paver art.

I held my first exchange in 2005 and we include the children as parents are so busy this time of year that most of the girls couldn't come without them. So I had a craft for the kids (and parents to help with). We made foam star decorations courtesy of BHG.com. The kids were able to pick their color star and decorate them however they liked with markers and glitter.
