Hi Everyone!

I love this site!

My cookie exchange is on Saturday, and I have a quick question about the games.
I want people to vote for the most delicious cookie, and the most festive cookie. I'm going to make a ballot card, and I don't think I should put my own cookies on it. I want one of the guests to win the prizes, not me! How do you all handle this?

Last year I simply asked everyone not to vote for me. My guests knew which cookies I had made but not each others. I had them fill out a ballot card as well & then I just tallied up the votes. I will do the same thing this year. I am doing up a gift basket with all sorts of goodies! Have a great time!

Your goodie basket sounds great! I have been trying to find cute, yet inexpensive prizes for the games. I got a Christmas tea towel and matching oven mitts at Wal-mart, some Christmas earring and a matching pin at the Dollar Store, and a little tin of Ghriadelli Hot Chocolate at a Discount store that I'm going to pair up with a mug or some chocolate dipped spoons.
