I watched a great show on either the Food Network or HGTV--I don't remember. It was about the history of Christmas foods--it was really great!
One of the hosts traveled to the NE in order to sample some of the best fruitcake ever! It looked fabulous! Really, it did. I'm wondering if anyone here has a recipe for fruitcake that is similar to the one on TV??? It does not have weird, candied fruit, but it does have booze!!!!!
I really want to make something like this, just once. Any suggestions??
