TO: Tracy Diegelman wine bottle freezing

Hi everyone.

I was looking at past cookie exchanges and ran across Tracy's photos. She has a photo with someone holding what I believe may be a win bottle frozen with berries, etc. in the ice. Does anyone know how to make this? And I assume the towel at the bottom is for melting ice and I would think that could be quite the disaster. Anyone ever do this? Or anyone in the know how?

I *think* I saw something like this on Martha Stewart....

What she did was put the wine bottle in a paper milk carton, and fill with berries, orange slices, etc and then add water, and freeze.
