HELP!!! The old cigar box of my mother's has gone missing (2yrs now) and I can't find anyone that has her Christmas Cutout Recipe. I believe she got it out of a magazine late 50's or early 60's. It was called "jewel Cooies" and you were supposed to put gumdrops in middle of cookie but we always used it for cutouts.
I can remember butter, POWERED sugar, cream of tarter, flour etc. but not measurements. Does anyone have this? Thanks
