Labeling Type of Cookie?

I was wondering how most people label the type of cookies displayed on the table. Do you provide a place card of some sort, or do people bring something themselves? I'm thinking having a label that look the same would be best, but that's just 2 cents. LOL

I did place cards. I went with a red and white polka dot theme, and I found note cards at Michael's for a dollar. I then cut a place card out of them. Here's a picture:
