Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me out here. We're trying to remember the name of a chewing gum- it was square and was filled with a liquid of some kind. One of the big names of this in the 80's was Chewels, but I think this stuff was from before Chewels. The name "Squirt" or something like it comes to mind, can anyone help me out here???

Hubba Bubba or Hubba Bubble or Bubblicious, maybe. I loved that gum and was just talking to my husband about last week. Go figure.

Hey. I'm in high school and researching the 60's in my History lesson. I have found this site a great help in understanding what life was like for someone growing up in the 60's. And That Chewing gum is still sold, they've brought out new flavours and everything. =]

Then of course there was the Bubble Yum rumor that they found "Spider eggs" as one of the primary ingredients, anyone remember that... I never really chewed it but remember it was quite the conversation piece in High School.

"Freshen your breath with Freshen-Up...the gum that goes Squirt. Love that squirt!"
Sad that I can remember jingles from that long ago yet can't remember what I did last week!
