I am trying to find a song - not sure if it's from the 60's or early 70's - the chorus is something like "I want to..save the world" or "I want to ....change the world" the chorus is slow and kind of has an echo. The song then goes into a fast beat with a lot of guitar....anybody recognize it? THANKS

Two songs come to mind...
"Everybody wants to Rule the World" by Tears for Fears? Mid 80's, I believe...
and "I'd Love to Change the World" by the group Ten Years After, which was late 60's.

Thanks sooo much Robin...the song I was looking for was the song by "Ten Year's After"...I can't tell you how long I have been looking for this song...I have never posted a message to a website before...what a great experience..you're great!

That tune brought to mine "I wan to teach the world..." Remember 70's Coca Cola Song? Cool.
