Hiya Robin, Just wanted to say how much i've enjoyed browsing around your site, its great to see so many people out there who still love the 70's. !! I too am a 70's Gal, my favourite groups were the BCR, Osmonds, David Cassidy, Showaddywaddy, Rubbettes, Abba, i think i might aswell say i liked them all, except for the Punk years they just weren't my cup of tea, LOL i also love shopping around for anything connected with that era. ! My hubby & myself are off to a 70's weekend in March to see many tribute bands aswell as the odd original popstar that is still going strong after all these years. Last March we saw Suzi Quatro and Alvin Stardust aswell as Les McKeown etc. I also have a 70's message board where we chat about anything 70's and once a week i usually post trivia's aswell as other info that might be off some use to everyone. Well thanks for letting me waffle on and once again your board is great. !! WELL DONE. !! Luv Maggs xx

Hi, Robin! I've gotta jump on this bandwagon, I LOVE your sight too. Although I was pretty young in the 70's, (born in 1968) I just loved this era. I totally thought I would grow up to be one of Charlie's Angels, solving crimes while looking glamorous in feathered hair, jumpsuit and platforms. It was such a great time to be a kid. All of my favorite films, tv shows, and music is from the 70's and it's nice to know I'm one of many. Thanks for the memories!

Hi Robin,
I also would like to let you know how much your site as not only added to my enjoyment in remembering the 70's but has helped me get through a difficult period in my life.
About 6 months ago I made a major change in my life, new job, new city and all that goes with it. I moved far from family and friends and went through a very difficult transition this past winter. I found your site one very cold and depressing weekend in January this year. I was very engrossed by it and after reading the great postings, I was taken back to a very happy period in my life even if it was only for a short period. Everything just seemed better since then. In any case, your site was my therapy for getting through some tough days and weeks...
I just wanted to share that.. Thank you very much
Bushy

Hi Bushy, Your comments were so nice to hear. I'm so glad you enjoyed my site enough to let me (and everyone reading this board) know that. I'm glad your life has settled down and is back on track. Maybe sometime you could share some of your fond 70's memories, too. Take care and thanks for writing. Robin

Hey Robin, Just writin' to say your "robin's web" site is really "cool man"lol. I myself grew up in the 70's (born in 1958) and have good memories of that time period. I came across this site after watching the movie "Dazed and Confuzed (1993)" lookin' for stuff to do with the 70's.
Thanks From Ontario, Canada
