I was wondering if anyone out there could remember a tv horror show that was on in the 1970's. I think it was on Saturday nights or wed. nights ( I can not remember) but it had a large red circle for the tv show icon.It was a weekly show and had differnet horror movies on each week. If anyone could remember the name of the show I would be thankful as I have been looking all over the net for a hint. The show I was looking for had a long hall and a red carpet on the floor. The next thing I remember was a sacrey looking hand crawling down the hall. I would love to know what the title was to this show and the title of the movie it came from and if possible to get DVD. Thanks

The picture you describe seems very familiar to me. Could it have been "Rod Serling's Night Gallery"? That was a very creepy show, especially the "Shadow's On The Wall" story. It gave me nightmares for years afterwards.

Another was called Circle of Fear that was around for a short time.

Only one I remember is "Chiller" with the creepy hand that comes out of the ground.

Funny, I remember the same exact show....I thought it was called teh "Red Circle" but can't find that on the internet. The same episode with the hand scared me for years, so much so that I still remember it.
It's been years since you posted this but would love to know if you ever found the answer.

I think the show was called "Ghost Story" hosted by Sebastian Cabot and after episode 13 was renamed "Circle of Fear" without a host until its one and only season ended.
It was recently made available on Amazon.
