childrens 60-70's tv show

TEXT ???wondering if anyone has any info on a TV show 60-70's that was "interactive".. with a plastic film like plastic sheet that viewers would place over the TV and draw or mark on using wax crayons mom would wipe off -ready for next show. think the host wore a pointy- funnel looking hat?? (maybe) I was young ..lol..thanks for the help
