I have been plagued by the memory of a tv movie or tv series it was in the 70s i think
what I can remember of it is he was a retired spy and was transfered to an island the island was to keep them their if they tryed to escape thies bubbles would chase them down and capture them and put them back on the island so they could never leave Dose this ring a bell with any of you older people I am in my 50s and this is driving me crazy please email me @ [e-mail] if you know the name of the series or show
