My husband and I will be part of a teaching team for Chinese students in Haining this July in conjunction with Concordia Language Villages, www.cord.edu/dept/clv/glv/index.html As part of the curriculum which focuses on American culture and language, we will be teaching them about different US states, the National Parks, holidays, a selected craft and sport.
I chose Maryland to teach for my state since I've lived here all my life and duckpin bowling as my sport since I used to play it in Baltimore years ago.
I would love to take some visuals to China with me about duckpins. Do you know of any store/site/alleys that would donate some posters or pictures for this purpose?
