Does anyone remember playing Mystery Date , probably late 60's early 70's?? If I remember correctly we called the loser guy The Dud. He was just scruffy looking. I would've never admitted it at the time, but I thought he was better than that Bowling Date nerd .LOL . We soon found a way to turn the doorknob to open the door to just the date we wanted.

I remember it well! You spun the little handle on the door and it would open to one of 5 guys...the last one being The Dud. We used to call him "The Bum". Thanks for the memory!  |

I remember playing Mystery Date at my cousin's house. She had all the cool games like that and Twister.

I have my original game but I think some of the cards are missing. Every so often I'll get it out and open the door and see if I get the DREADED DUD! Funny that that "look" is actually not too far off from some young men dress today! Well at least The Dud's pants are hanging down showing off his "wears". ;D
