I have a question. Does anyone remember any made for tv movies or after school specials in which a man in a magician's costume was stalking a girl? I remember this from my childhood. There was a girl and everywhere she would go a man in a long black cape and a top-hat would appear around every corner and haunt her. He was scary. Sometimes he rode a train. I was a kid but it was scary to me at the time and I'm wondering what this movie was! Yes I am neurotic, but any help is appreciated. It was before cable when the only channels were ABC, CBS, & NBC. (In the Dialing for Dollars days)
