NEW 2 Disc Set 11/07 Color AND B & W

I know, don't colorize the classics. I generally agree on that point but I have been just a little curious what it would look like AND I thought some color pics might enhance some autograph displays...

ANYWAY, on Amazon I just found there is a new 2 disc collectors set coming out 11/13/07, you can pre-order it. Has both a black & white version and a color version. I don't know if the b & w version is the EXCELLENT 60th Anniversary Edition version (if you don't have THAT yet, ya gotta get it!), or a prior version, nor do I know if the color version is the "old" (vhs?) color version or one newly colored with newer technology. Either way, I will confess that I ordered it if for no other reason then to save me the trouble of converting an old color vhs to DVD.

This 2 disc set is a rip off for anyone who bought last year's version! All you get new is the colorized version. Where's all the excellent features from the LD?! What a gyp!!!!

Sooooo, you did NOT like the NEW color version? I only got a quick peek at it; the technology sure has come a long way... (It WAS fairly inexpensive on Amazon) ;D ;D
