Hi !! Coty / Jovan made a cologne and after bath splash by the name of "EAU FRESH" back in the late 70's and discontinued the fragrance IN THE 80'S. I have been searching for this for years and years. The only perfume store via the net that I found that carries it is now actually sold out of it. (The Fragrance Factory) I cannot imagine that they would be able to get more since it isn't being made anymore. This is not the "Eau Fresh" for men, this is Jovan's Eau Fresh for women. If ANYONE HAS ANY CLUE WHERE I COULD OBTAIN THIS, I AM WILLING TO PAY BIG $ FOR IT!!!, CHECK YOUR AUNTS, SISTERS, MOMS, FRIENDS BACK CLOSET, LET ME KNOW!!!Thanks!!  :)Wendi S. |

I used to use Jovan's "Eau Fresh" ALL the time too...I LOVED that fragrance!!!! Sometimes you can still find it on ebay for unspeakable prices!!   Not sure I want to spend so much for a 20 + y/o bottle of perfume that has probably lost most of it's scent by now.  I so wish they would've never discontinued that lovely, summery fresh, fragrance!  I wrote to Coty asking if they were ever going to bring it back, but they basically said no but that they had another perfume that was similar to it and sent me a free sample. It was "Prada", but I don't think it smells that great...it's too peppery...nothing like "Eau Fresh" at all.  Another thing I miss terribly is the "Gee Your Hair Smells Terriffic!" shampoo & conditioner. Jergens sold it to the Phillipines, which you can still purchase the shampoo on ebay, or the Vermont Country Store (online). Of course, it costs, after s&h, about $20 + a bottle! "Gee That's A Lot Of Money!"  and no conditioner anymore...I NEED conditioner for my loooong, thick hair!!! Oh yeah!! While I'm on this delightfully, scented, subject...let's not forget the Impulse Body Sprays! Another thing I started liking after I could no longer purchase my "Eau Fresh", and of course it, too, had a very short life span!! Every single, scented, product I have truly loved has become extinct...not nice.  Welp, I think I need to have another talk with Coty and beg them some more for the "Eau Fresh"...maybe if there was enough demand for it they would bring it back. I too am looking for Jovan eau fresh cologne afterbath splash.
Did you ever find anyone that sells it anymore? I'v searched everwhere with no luck at all. I have a half a bottle left and use it like it was gold. Someone suggested I contact Jovan.

Did anyone ever find Jovan eau fresh cologne? I've been searching for it for a couple of years...no luck! I even wrote to www.coty.com/, telling them how much I loved the scent and if there was any chance they would ever produce it again. Any help would be appreciated. |

I loved Eau Fresh after bath splash too. I was so disappointed when they discontinued it. I used to teach piano in a studio and in students' homes and many times they remarked that whenever I came over, I smelled like a breath of fresh air. Like a spring day. Wish they would bring it back!

So sorry that the link I posted previously no longer sells Jovan Eau Fresh. Has anyone found this lovely, very missed fragrance anywhere? Or does anyone know the base/top notes that it was made up of?
I have written to Coty twice asking them to bring Jovan Eau Fresh back, but so far I've not gotten any reply from them.
I loved this scent and the way it made me feel when I wore it. I've found the body powder on E-bay, but I am not willing to pay over $50.00 for just the powder. I'm afraid that if I do find any remaining bottles of the Cologne from the 70's- early 80's that the scent will be so old that it won't smell the same.
Has anyone found anything comparable to Eau Fresh???

Do you asking for a green parfum very fresh, the bottle had a green top on plastic with green letters: "Eau Fraîche de Plaisir"?
I live in Mexico City, it was my favourite parfum for 6 years, I think. I have been seeking for it, but nobody knows it.

No. The fragrance I am seeking was made by Jovan. It is called Eau Fresh. If anyone knows where I can find it, I would be happy to pay top dollar for it.
Coty did reply to my two letters, saying they will not be bringing it back. So sad. It truly was the perect scent for me.
They suggested I try Marc Jacobs Daisy and are sending me a free sample. I wish they would at least tell me the base/middle/top notes of Eau Fresh so that I might be able to create my own version of it using perfume oils.
Does anyone have ANY info or suggestions ??

I thought the name of this was feeling fresh or something like that, and I thought avon made this. I could be wrong. But I do remember how fresh and light and coolit was smelled soooo good

I too loved Eau Fresh, which lead me here. I hung onto my last bottle so long it smelled rancid and I had to toss it. Be careful purchasing someone's old stash. Does anyone else have a new favorite that's similar? I loved the fresh, alcohol based, scent. Heavy, fruity perfumes make me ill. When I ask for something light at the perfume counter they recommend "Light Blue", nice name, still too heavy.
