I am deprately looking for the discontinued body spray by calgon its called moon petal musk. if anyone knows where i can get this please please please let me know.

I was a long-time wearer of Calgon's Moon Petal Musk body spray and was also saddened to hear it was discontinued. However I just found a sample of a Lancome perfume called "Hypnose" and it's the closest scent I've found to it, so I'm passing on the word to anyone who misses Moon Petal Musk to see if they like it too! www.lancome-usa.com/fragrance/hypnose.aspx |

If you love Calgon Moon Petal Musk, try Jean Patou Joy - the Joy is significantly more expensive and is heavier, being a perfume and not a body spray, but the scent - especially the mid-note - is IDENTICAL. The only difference is that the Moon Petal Musk has that earthy musk dry down, while Joy remains sweet with only the slightest hint of earth. I cling to my last 40 2 oz. bottles of Moon Petal Musk but always layer it with a couple of dabs of Joy - these are the same fragrance (which probably explains the great popularity of Moon Petal Musk, if not why on earth they discontinued it!!).

It's back!!!
I, too, have missed this product and have been hoarding my last bottles of it. However, today I saw it for sale at Walmart! It is repackaged in a more yellowish bottle and the bottle is bigger. The scent is slightly different, I think. I bought a bottle each of the shower gel, lotion, and body spray. I hope they smell the same on!
