My Grandfather set the Duckpin World Recorda long time ago. I have a trophy and everything.
He bowled two perfect games and in the third game, missed the head pin, spared that frame and then struck out the rest of the game.
He used to be in the Guiness Book of World Records, but they took out duckpin records some time ago. Rumor has it that he is in the Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum somewhere.
Does anyone know where these records could be found? My granfather's name was Frederick "Tex" Williams.

Perhaps he bowled rubber band duckpins. No one has ever bowled a 300 in duckpins.

Hi - wondering if you ever found out any information about your grandfather?
I am trying to find historical information on my Dad and am having a hard time - his name was Bucky Crawford. I have been able to get 'ranking' information on him but not tournament win information. Any suggestions?
