I met Jimmy once. We did a shoot at his house out in Beverly Hills. What a great guy!
He had a broken blood vessel in his eye that day, but we shot around it. He didn't make a big deal of it and sat for a nice interview. And he gladly signed autographs afterwards.
Warm, friendly, and a class act. Such a gentleman.
The year was 1988.
