An idea to pass along... I just sent out "Save the Date" magnets to all my party invitees for this year's Christmas Cookie Exchange party for December. Oh, I"m sure it's been done before by someone here, but after receiving a save the date magnet for a wedding I thought "why not for my cookie party?". There are plenty of websites out there for these magnets but I found a company that had fairly inexpensive magnets that I could make my own design borrowing from their clip art as well as uploaded the picture I had given to Robin for the 2007 cookie party on her website! It was small yes, but actually was pretty clear on the magnet! It was www.vistaprint.com.
All my invitees were so excited to receive it as a reminder of the fun to come with this year's cookie exchange in December. I got some good feedback about the reminder magnet.
