Hi,
We are starting to bake for our church fair that will be held in November. Looking for cookie, muffins, quick breads recipes , etc. that freeze well.

Hi Linell, Most quick breads freeze well as do unfrosted cookies. However, sometimes chocolate, as in chips, discolor and turn white or gray under refrigeration. Extreme temperature changes make the fat come to the surface.
Don't know if you want to make an investment or not but food sealer machines will prevent freezer burn. They keep food longer and better than any wrap job you could do because it's airless and completely sealed. They cost anywhere from $50 to a hundred dollars.
